RMCC LLC is actively developing the domestic segment of raw materials for the production of rubber products, implementing an import substitution program, and supplying high active magnesium oxide with a high specific surface area, which is used in rubbers as an acid acceptor, vulcanization activator, scorching retarder, curing agent for halogen-containing rubbers, and for rubber compounds based on fluororubber as a reinforcing filler.
Vulcanization Activators
In general, there are two main types of vulcanization activators on the market - zinc oxide and magnesia (this is magnesium oxide with an MgO content of at least 95%).
Main Applications
The main applications of high active magnesia MagPro, acts as an acid acceptor, a curing agent, a heat stabilizer for various types of rubber – polychloroprene (CR), fluoroelastomers (FKM), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), halobutyl rubber (HIIR) and others.
It is important to note that magnesium oxide has a wide range of applications, and can be used in rubber, tire, electrical, chemical and other industries.
