Safic-Alcan announces that it acquires 100% of European Additives GmbH, Inc. a German chemical distributor specializing in plastic additives across Europe.
European Additives will become part of the Safic-Alcan organization in Germany, under the management of Matthias Pfaffernoschke.
Supplies Various Additives to Plastic Industry
Established in 2006 by Juergen Wittler and headquartered in Cologne, European Additives supply antioxidants,
UV stabilizers,
nucleating agents, flame retardants and associated blends to the plastic industry.
