SI Group has been focusing its research and development efforts on creating solutions that meet the increasing sustainability demands of the plastics industry. Recently, the company published its first Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Report, which outlined its pillars for sustainable product development, including minimizing waste and improving carbon footprint and resource efficiency.

Chinaplas 2023 attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about how SI Group’s solutions, such as
WESTON™ 705 antioxidant, EVERCYCLE™ additives, and SI Group’s portfolio of specialty antioxidants are contributing to a more circular economy in Asia Pacific. At the show, SI Group will be hosting a technical presentation titled “
Innovative Antioxidant Solutions for Polyolefins and Recycling Applications” on April 19 at 13:20 at Hall 16 location R31.
In addition to developing more sustainable solutions, SI Group has continued to invest in the Asia Pacific region to enhance security of supply for its customers. Most recently, the company announced an expansion of phenolic antioxidant capacity at its Jinshan, China facility, and an expansion of its WESTON™ 705 production in the region.
