Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowder TF 9205 by 3M is a fine, low molecular weight PTFE micro powder. Acts as a fluoropolymer-based lubricant. Exhibits an increased degree of abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, good non-stick properties and reduced friction resistance. Hard, small particle sized with good free-flowing properties. Shows very good metering behavior and can be easily incorporated into other materials (even in dry blends). Has a large operating temperature range. Typical additional quantity can vary between 1-20%. Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowder TF 9205 by 3M is recommended for use in a variety of plastics such as polyacetal, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyester, polyimide, polysulfide and polysulfone and elastomers such as fluoroelastomers, neoprenes, nitriles and silicones. Limited foodstuff contact, approved by the German Federal Institute for Consumer Health Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BgVV).
