POLYBATCH® IL 10020 SC

POLYBATCH® IL 10020 SC by LyondellBasell is a super-slip masterbatch. It has low COF and provides excellent hot slip properties (up 100°C) particular film to metal and release properties. It is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer, BOPP films and PP random copolymer. POLYBATCH® IL 10020 SC is used in blown film, cast film, double-bubble film and oriented flat film applications. It is mainly used for the production of high-speed single pack cigarette film which requires good hot slip against metal, high slip at low pressure and adequate optical properties. Its recommended dosage rate is 4-6% with 3% PB ABVT 23 SC.
