POLYBATCH® PAO 3360

POLYBATCH® PAO 3360 by LyondellBasell is an antioxidant masterbatch. It should be added during extrusion process where high temperature or long residence time cause oxidation, higher melt flow index, loss of mechanical properties or carbonized particles. The addition of POLYBATCH® PAO 3360 in the main and in the satellite is strongly recommended before any prolonged shut down. It is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer. It is used in cast film, sheet extrusion and oriented flat film applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 1 to 3% as well as 1-2% for stabilization improvement and 2-3% for extrusion of rework and recycling.
