POLYBATCH® UPS 1070

POLYBATCH® UPS 1070 by LyondellBasell is a UV-stabilizer concentrate masterbatch. It improves the resistance against yellowing due to light exposure. In crystal polystyrene, it reduces considerably the transparency. It is compatible with impact polystyrene PS and styrenic copolymer. POLYBATCH® UPS 1070 is recommended for use in foam extrusion and profile extrusion applications. It is used in indoor applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 2% for 2.5 factor and 4% for 3.0 factor to improve the yellowing resistance. It is not approved for direct food contact.
