BAER™ XP9500

BAER™ XP9500 by ACS Technical Products is a liquid 1K thermoset resin chemistry based on a high performance, bio-based aliphatic epoxy resin technology. It can be used as the sole curing agent or blended with other epoxies for heat-cured systems. It is a low viscosity, ultra-low VOC, non-hazardous, and anhydride-, formaldehyde-, BPA- & epichlorohydrin-free grade. It is suitable for use in elastomers.

• It is reactive with carboxyl functional polyester and acrylic resins.
• Its higher temperature shortens the cure time and completely cured films & binder matrix have excellent mechanical & chemical properties.
• Its curing temperature ranges from 150-220°C for 2-30 minutes in the presence of a suitable catalyst.
• Exhibits high gloss & clarity as well as excellent hardness, flexibility, impact strength, exterior durability and adhesion to polar substrates.
• It offers excellent water-, chemical-, solvent-, scratch- and stain resistance.
