ADD-MBS 5500 by ADD-Chem is an acrylic-based impact modifier. It is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate (M), butadiene (B), styrene (S) and fourth functional monomer. It exhibits very high impact strength, toughness and good transparency. It improves processing performance of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) products. ADD-MBS 5500 is suitable for indoor applications including PVC films, sheets, pipes, pipe fittings, WPC (wood plastic composite), bottles and granular materials.
