Accelerator DPG

Accelerator DPG by Akrochem is an accelerator/activator for NR, SBR and NBR. It is used to activates accelerators such as MBT, MBTS and sulfenamides. It requires zinc oxide and fatty acid to process. It offers satisfactory processing safety and storage stability to rubber compounds. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Recommended dosages of Accelerator DPG in NR is 0.10-0.50 phr (with sulfenamides or MBTS), SBR is 0.20-0.75 phr (with sulfenamides, MBTS or MBT) and NBR is 0.20-0.50 phr (with CBTS, MBTS), in combination with zinc oxide, stearic acid and sulfur.
