Accelerator MBT

AcceAccelerator MBT by Akrochem is a very active non-discoloring organic accelerator. It produces scorch at processing temperatures and requires zinc oxide, fatty acid and sulfur to process. It offers additional processing safety when combined with retarder BA, AK and SAFE. It acts as an excellent primary accelerator in slower curing polymers like EPDM and butyl. Accelerator MBT is activated by aldehyde amines, dithiocarbamates, alkaline, guanidines, thiurams and basic materials in general. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality.
