Accelerator ZIPPAC

Accelerator ZIPPAC by Akrochem is a zinc-amine di-thiophosphate complex-based accelerator dispersed in a polymer matrix. It is used in combination with thiazoles and thiurams, to give fast cure rates to ENB type EPDM. It does not form harmful nitrosoamines (zippac forms only unstable primary amines that rapidly decompose). Accelerator ZIPPAC is a useful accelerator in low nitrosoamine generating formulas where its high cross-linking density and fast cure overcome normal problems associated with safe nitrosoamine cure systems.
