Akroform® CuDD-75/EPR/P

Akroform® CuDD-75/EPR/P by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of copper di-methyl di-thiocarbamate. It exhibits good process safety with a high rate of cure when used with MBT in butyl rubber and EPDM. It is a very powerful di-thiocarbamate booster for thiazoles and sulfenamides in SBR. It is a masterbatch that gives non-staining property in products and contains ethylene-propylene rubber as a binder. It eliminates irritating dust and other potential hazards in handling powder in plants when encapsulated with chemical dispersion. Akroform® CuDD-75/EPR/P shows better uniformity of the mix at lowering processing temperature.
