Antiozonant PD-1

Antiozonant PD-1 by Akrochem is a general-purpose antiozonant with antioxidant properties designed for rubber compounds. It exhibits copper and manganese inhibitor properties. It activates cure systems using CBTS and MBTS. It provides protection against anti-flex cracking, oxidation and heat better than Antiozonant PD-2. It shows dispersion and slight viscosity stiffening on the type of carbon black used. In metal deactivation, use 1:1 with a synergistic metal chelator, Antioxidant 58 and 60. Recommended dosage level of Antiozonant PD-1 is 1-3 phr in NR, SBR, NBR and polybutadiene and in polychloroprene is 0.4-1.5 phr.
