Formula Two

A specialist silicone mould release agent for effective release of rubber. Based on silicones dissolved in a blend of solvents and has formulated particularly for quick and efficient release of rubber mouldings, but is also highly effective for low temperature plastic moulding processes. Provides a wet, silicone film for release of rubber parts in injection moulding and other forming processes. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. Particularly effective for use in the shoe industry and any other manufacturing processes involving rubber.
