SEABLOCK 4S

SEABLOCK 4S by Ampacet is an organic anti-block agent with non-migrating slip property, designed for BOPP films. It shows excellent optical properties and good heat stability with unmatched low die and extruder fouling. In BOPP film structures, it provides superior particle anchorage by reducing scuffing and leading to low level of dust accumulation during high speed film conversion. It offers smooth film surface and good metal repartition during metallization with unchanged slip properties after vacuum aluminum deposition. SEABLOCK 4S is approved for food contact applications in Europe. It is added between 2-6% in typical one micron skin layer, with no other additives. It has a shelf-life of 18 months.
