HLN40-1

HLN40-1 by Anqing Hualan Technology is an organic friction modifier which is developed for modifying polymer materials such as phenolic resins. It is a high-density, full-crosslinking, high-acrylonitrile content powdered nitrile rubber prepared by high-temperature polymerization, auto-separating agent direct coacervation and other processes. It is also used as an elastomer to have good toughening effect.

• It shows good bonding effect and excellent compatibility with phenolic resins.
• It reduces the hardness and brake noise of the friction material product.
• It improves the impact strength and wear resistance.
• It offers high dispersibility, easy handling, and particle refinement.
• The particles are fine and have good fluidity, they can "moist" the friction material well.
• It reduces the elastic modulus of the matrix, improves the fit with the friction pair, and obtains a higher & smooth friction coefficient.
• It is recommended for disc brake pads, drum, brake pads, train brake, shoes, clutch plates, and conveyor belts.
• The recommended dosage level of HLN40-1 is between 2 to 9%.
