ASACLEAN™ E Grade

ASACLEAN™ E Grade by Asahi Kasei is a styrenic-based mechanical purging compound designed for residue-sensitive and low-temperature resins. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding applications. It is especially suited for hot runner systems and clear applications.

• It leaves very little residue behind while facilitating color and material changes.
• It can be used as a chaser during difficult changeovers.
• It does not undergo chemical reaction or require soak time.
• ASACLEAN™ E Grade is designed for sealing and shutting down machines to ensure fast and clean machine start-ups.
• Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination).
