CESA™ Non-PFAS Process Aid by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a PFAS-free processing aid, formulated without fluoropolymers.
  • It reduces friction between the polymer and the metal, allowing the polymer to be more easily extruded.
  • It aids in reducing melt fracture (sharkskin), eliminating die build-up, and lowering torque for higher throughput.
  • It improves optical properties and providing a higher-quality product appearance.
  • CESA™ Non-PFAS Process Aid complies with GB 9685-2016, U.S.FDA and EU food-contact safety regulations.
  • It helps to improve productivity and process stability for film or sheet extrusion, pipe extrusion, or extrusion blow molding.
  • It is recommended for use in PP films and PE tubing for various food packaging applications, such as stand-up pouches, labeling tubes, and laminated tubes.
