ColorMatrix™ Smartheat™ RHC Process Aid by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an APR accredited, patent protected, liquid dispersion process aid for rPET and PET bottles.

It enables increased rPET content, improves rPET quality and reduces CO2 emissions.
It offers good thermal stability, reduced yellowing, processability, lightweighting and reduces energy consumption during the blow molding process.
It provide improved productivity, reduced manufacturing costs, improved sustainability, and can broaden the scope for bottle design.
The recommended dosage rate range from 0.05% to 0.2% for melt processing of ColorMatrix™ Smartheat™ RHC Process Aid which is carried out at typical PET processing conditions.
The anticipated shelf life is 60–90 days.
It has EU and FDA approvals.
