MoldWiz® INT-44/3PV powder

MoldWiz® INT-44/3PV powder by Axel is a proprietary synergistic blend of modified polymers and organic fatty amides. It acts as a processing aid and dispersing agent. It improves resin flow/fill, shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines. It also reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. It is used in fluoroelastomers, VITON, KRATON, TPR, SBR-NR, EPDM and nitrile. It appears as an off white powder or pellet form. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating. MoldWiz® INT-44/3PV powder has a shelf life of minimum one year.
