MoldWiz® INT-DLP-22E

MoldWiz® INT-DLP-22E by Axel is proprietary synergistic blend of organic triglycerides of fatty acids combined with surfactants and wetting agents. It acts as a processing aid. An effective addition of it, will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoset molded parts may have improved barcol hardness. It is insoluble in water. It is used for polyester, vinyl ester, RTM, hand lay/spray and filament winding resin. It designed especially for MEKP cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating. MoldWiz® INT-DLP-22E has a shelf life of minimum 1 year.
