BM Waxamide EBS

BM Waxamide EBS by Behn Meyer Group is ethylene-bis-[stearylamide]. Acts- as an external lubricant, improving flow and as anti-blocking agent when used in rigid PVC, external lubricant, release agent, anti-blocking and slip agent in plasticized PVC, exhibits good release effect on rolls and molds in case of PE/VAC copolymers, flow improver and mold release agent for filled PP/PE compounds, anti-block properties in PE LD/PVC co-polymer, as mold release agent and improving surface finish in polyamide, improves flow and mold release properties in ABS and polystyrene, internal mold release agent for TPU, internal lubricant for rubber, lubricant for polyacetals. Recommended dosage for BM Waxamide EBS is 0,1 to 2,0 phr in rigid PVC, 0,2 to 2,0 phr in flexible PVC, up to 2 phr in ABS & polystyrene, 0,1 to 1,0 phr in TPU.
