Non-toxic heat stabilizer of Ca-Zn compound, that shows an excellent compatibility with PVC and plasticizers. It is self lubricating, and can be used alone. It provides climate resistance, good long-term heat resistance due to which it can be used in electrical wires and also shows good sulfurization. It appears as a white or pale-yellow powder. It yields favorable synergetic results with epoxidized soybean oil. It is suitable for the PVC transparent product processing. When it is used in semirigid materials, it is suggested that the inside lubrication should be higher than the outside lubrication. It is according to the SONY-SS00259, RoHS and other international environment-protective standards.
