BRUGGOLEN® TP-R2162

BRUGGOLEN® TP-R2162 by Brüggemann is a novel stabilizer package. It is a mixture of antioxidants and co-stabilizers. It is based on partially renewable raw materials for upcycling of polyethylene post-industrial and post-consumer waste streams. It offers high quality recyclate, improved mechanical properties of packaging LLDPE films and improved process stability. This easy to handle additive allows very accurate dosing and provides excellent dispersion. The addition to the polymer melt is best done by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines to achieve optimum dispersion of the stabilizer in the polyethylene. The recommended level of addition of BRUGGOLEN® TP-R2162 is about 0.3-0.5%. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
