BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2018

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2018 by Brüggemann is a copper salt-based heat stabilizer. It is a masterbatch with a polyamide 6 carrier containing synergist at 4% total additive content. This product offers very good heat stabilization for up to 4 hr at 200°C in a polyamide 6 film. The addition to the polyamide melt is best done by compounding on extrusion machines after mixing of BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2018 with polyamide granules. It is suited especially for direct dosage into polyamides for film applications, whenever stabilization against heat aging in food contact applications is required. It can also be used in fibers. The addition level of this additive is between 0.5 and 2.5%. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
