BYK® -MAX P 4109

BYK® -MAX P 4109 by BYK is a highly effective, PFAS-free processing aid in a low-density polyethylene carrier. It lowers the viscosity of the polymer melt during processing by reducing the friction between the melt and the metal surfaces of the processing equipment. It increases production efficiency, reduces die pressure & build-up, and prevents melt fracture.

• It is particularly suitable for formulations based on polyolefins.
• It is recommended for fibers, thick film & sheets, thin film, extrusion and blow molding parts, injection and compression molding parts.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-3% based on the total formulation.
• BYK® -MAX P 4109 has a shelf life of 18 months.
