RECYCLOBYK® 4375

RECYCLOBYK® 4375 by BYK is a granulated stabilizer concentrate for the recycling of polyolefins. It enhances the processing stability at elevated processing temperatures and long-term stability of the recyclate.

The melt flow properties and the long-term thermal stability can be preserved, enhancing the value and the application possibilities of the recyclate.
It helps to neutralize the acids from previous processing.
It can dispersed into the polymer by using conventional extrusion compounding techniques.
It is used in recycling of polyolefin blend, battery case recycling and contaminated polypropylene.
Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1%.
Shelf life of RECYCLOBYK® 4375 is 24 months.
