PLASBLAK® PE6213

PLASBLAK® PE6213 by Cabot is a high performance small particle sized 40% carbon black masterbatch. It acts as an antioxidant and processing aid. Exhibits enhanced long term weathering protection and excellent protection against thermal degradation during both processing and service life. Offers excellent microscopic dispersion quality and improved processability with superior surface appearance and potential for higher production speeds. Compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP resins. This product is suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact with food. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Typical addition rate of PLASBLAK® PE6213 ranges from 5% to 7%.
