CALUMET 400-500 <1% by Calumet Specialty Products Partners is an aliphatic deodorized or low odor base paraffin solvent. It overlaps with high-flash solvents. It is used in extraction of HDPPE, LDPPE, copper, vanadium, uranium, boric acid, cotton seed oil and soybean oil. CALUMET 400-500 <1% is suitable for applications like absorption naphtha, solvent cleaning, starting fluid blends, carbon less paper solvent, propellants, aluminum rolling- and lamp oil. Recommended for insecticides, lacquer thinner, asphalt cut-back, metalworking fluid, foam blowing agent, concrete release agent and textile lubricant.
