Atmer™ 511

Atmer™ 511 by Cargill is a long term, amine-free, anti-static agent. It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it interacts with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge. Used in polypropylene films and molding applications. It is allowed for use in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food EU/10/2011, with an SML of 1.8 mg/kg. Atmer™ 511 complies with REACH, TSCA, DSL, AICS, ENCS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC and ISHL. Recommended dosage level is 0.3% for films and 0.5% for molded parts. The shelf life is 365 days.
