Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-506

Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-506 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a silicone masterbatch that acts as an efficient processing additive. It is a 20~65% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in various resin carriers. Used for PE, PP, PA and TPE.

• Its compatible resin system improves processing properties and modifies surface quality.
• Provides a broader range of performance capabilities compared to conventional lower molecular weight Silicone / Siloxane additives like Silicone oil, silicone fluids or other types of processing aids.
• Offers less screw slippage, improved mold release and reduce die drool.
• Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-506 imparts a lower coefficient of friction and fewer paint and printing problems.
• Its recommended dosage level is 0.5-7%.
