OPTILOAD® LV-21

OPTILOAD® LV-21 by Cimbar is a low smoke & viscosity, halogen-free, ATH-based flame retardant. It offers good mold flow, extreme high loading up to 400 phr and achieves UL 723/ASTM E84 0-50 smoke. It saves cost in formulation and provides better wet out/faster line speeds. It exhibits little to no settling. OPTILOAD® LV-21 is suitable for a variety of demanding thermoset composite applications such as sheet molding compound (SMC) and bulk molding compound (BMC).
