Ionphase™ eSTAT2

Ionphase™ eSTAT2 by Cargill is a permanent, non-migrating, polymeric anti-static agent. It offers low surface resistivity, easy processing, improved non-charging properties and reduced charge decay time. It is designed for extrusion applications with styrenics including HIPS & GPPS.
  • It is not humidity dependent and is cost-effective solution in multilayer designs.
  • It is used to control static electricity in plastics.
  • It works by forming an interpenetrated network within the host polymer reducing the resistivity of the blend.
  • It is used in sheets & trays for electronic industry.
  • Ionphase™ eSTAT2 has a shelf life of 730 days.
