Syncroflex™ 3159

Syncroflex™ 3159 by Cargill is a liquid polymeric plasticizer. It offers excellent petrol- & solvent resistance, low volatility, low migration and low extractability. It makes the formulation softer, less brittle, more flexible, and lowers the melting point, melt viscosity and strength. It is compatible with acrylic/vinylic/UV polymers and other esters. Syncroflex™ 3159 is suitable for rubber and can be pre-blended with PVC resin. It can be melt-compounded using a static mixer, continuous mixer or compounding extruder. It is used in conveyor belts, flexible pipes, heat- & oil resistant cables, oil & petrol hoses and crash pads.
