DAIFREE GW-4010

DAIFREE GW-4010 by Daikin is a PFOA- & PFOS-free, water-based mold release agent combined with silicone. It produces a thin, even film, making it ideal for the release of precision components. It is compatible with SBR, NBR, EPDM, FKM, CR, ACM, PE-, PP-, PVC- and ABS thermoplastics. It is also suitable for epoxy, unsaturated polyester- and phenol thermosetting resins. It can be diluted in water (tap-water, ion-changed water). It is recommended dilution ratio is 5-10 times. DAIFREE GW-4010 complies with environmental regulations such as TSCA and RoHS.
