Anti-wear agent NM-1

Anti-wear agent NM-1 distributed by DKSH is a pelletized formulation contain 40% active ingredient dispersed in styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SBS). It is particularly developed for TPR/TR compounds, helps to improving the final items abrasion resistance and decrease the abrasion value in the thermoplastics.
  • It is eco-friendly and imparts the processing performance and final items appearance.
  • It has no influence on hardness and color.
  • It can be used in classical melt blending process like single/twin screw extruders, injection molding.
  • Anti-wear agent NM-1 is available in United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia/Monteneg and Israel.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5.0%.
  • It has shelf life of 24 months from date of production.
