PUREstab 1076

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by DKSH
PUREstab 1076 distributed by DKSH is a phenolic primary antioxidant for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. It provides protection against thermo-oxidative degradation.
  • This non-discoloring grade can be used with polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene-1 as well as styrene homo and copolymers, polyurethanes and elastomers.
  • It is odorless, stable to light and has good compatibility with most substrates, low volatility and high resistance to extraction.
  • PUREstab 1076 can be used in combination with other additives such as co-stabilizers, e.g. thioethers (long term heat stabilizers), phosphites, phosphonites (secondary antioxidant), light stabilizers and other functional stabilizers.
  • It is highly effective when used in combination with PUREfos 168.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.2% while it is 0.1-0.4% for polyolefins, 0.1-0.3% for styrene homo- and copolymers and 0.1-0.5% for synthetic tackifier resins.
  • It is available in India and USA.
