Zincolet - 40P distributed by DKSH is a blend of dark aliphatic & aromatic hydrocarbon resins. It acts as a processing aid. It is compatible with NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM and BR.
  • It offers improved homogenecity of polymers blend, improved process behavior, no hardening during vulcanization, improved flow and very good compound tack.
  • It can be useful in blending two polymers with different polarities and viscosities.
  • It ensures uniform and consistent dispersion of zinc oxide, leading to improved performance, enhanced product stability, and reduced costs.
  • Zincolet - 40P is suitable for molding and extrusion.
  • The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
  • Recommended dosage level is 4–15phr.
  • It is available in India and Australia.
