DOMPLAST DOS

Di-(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate (sebacic acid ester of 2-ethylhexyl alcohol). Acts as a plasticizer. It is a monomeric ester that is clear liquid in appearance. Offers superior low temperature performance combined with an excellent resistance to extraction by water and surfactants. Provides excellent compatibility in a wide range of plastics, synthetic rubber, cellulose acetate, NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) with 50 %, 30% & 20% ACN (acetonitrile), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), CR (chlorinated rubbers), HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber), SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), NR (natural rubbers), EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber), TPO and TPV. Especially used in vinyl plastisols due to its intrinsic capacity to lower and maintain stable viscosity. Complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals).
