Doverlube ZN-22

Doverlube ZN-22 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) acts as an effective internal lubricant and mold release agent in plastic processing and rubber applications. It is a clear-melting, high-quality zinc carboxylate of stearic (C18) and palmitic (C16) acids. It offers acid-scavenging properties. It is the metallic carboxylate of choice in most filled polyolefin processing applications due to its functionality and low moisture content. Doverlube ZN-22 is an extremely heat-stable product manufactured at low temperatures with minimal heat history. It meets FDA CFR Sections 177.2600 and 178.2010.
