Hordaresin CH 151 P

Chlorinated paraffin. Acts as flame retardant. Possesses good durability and stability. Has an excellent synergies with antimony trioxide. It is non-toxic and imparts water resistance. Hordaresin CH 151 P is soluble in aromatic and chlorinated solvents but has limited or no solubility in lower alcohols, glycols, glycerins, and water. It shows ancillary improvements in various grades of rubber with improvements in both tensile and tear properties. Used in a variety of applications including rubber, polyolefins, textiles and fabrics. Recommended for use in standard grades of low-density polyethylene. Hordaresin CH 151 P can be used as a coupling agent in mineral filled polypropylene composites.
