PARALOID™ EXL-2678 Impact Modifier

MBS core-shell impact modifier. Is clear modifier in PMMA/SAN compounds. Offers very low haze in clear applications. Possesses high impact efficiency, good retention of part rigidity and excellent processability. Has pre-defined rubber particle size and shape. It is recommended for the toughening of engineering plastics, particularly styrenic copolymers. Allows the production of clear PMMA/SAN blends (also called clear ABS) provided the right resins and modifier ratios are used.
