Finntalc K30

Finntalc K30 by Elementis is a tailored, coarse particle size, lamellar talc with a medium aspect ratio and stable color. It is used as a functional extender to achieve consistent color, low abrasion and longer tool life. It is compatible with various polymers like polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), TPO, TPE, polyesters, and others.

• It is a very hydrophobic, pure, inert & soft, hydrated magnesium silicate.
• It effectively addresses challenges related to dimensional stability, reproducibility, quality consistency, flow behavior, injection molding, extrusion, compounding processes, and others.
• Finntalc K30 is recommended for various applications such as engineered- & recycled plastics, automotive cabin & under the hood, furniture, household appliances, light-duty equipment, HVAC, packaging, powdering, pipes, and profiles.
• It has a shelf life of 5 years.
