GETREN® R 4560

GETREN® R 4560 by Evonik is a release agent ideal for rust prevention. It helps to reduce static and sliding friction without damaging the inner surface of the hoses in the extrusion process of green tubes and their vulcanization in the second production step. It is a silicone oil-free additive recommended for VAMAC, ACM/AEM and automotive rubber hoses as well as suitable for FKM. Provides excellent sliding properties with no negative impact on the physical properties of the rubber. GETREN® R 4560 offers easy washability, temperature stability, excellent biodegradability i.e. potential cost savings in waste water treatment.
