Propylene-based elastomer (PBE). Acts as a cling agent. Possesses good chemical resistance to aqueous systems & non-hydrocarbon based fluids and elasticity. Offers excellent adhesion to conventional and metallocene PP and PE. Enables potentially lower costs, easy drop-in at lower dosage, superior cling performance, excellent mechanical properties, outstanding optical properties, and improved recyclability. Can reduce energy use through lower temperature processing. Can be blended with PE, PP and other polymers such as styrenic block copolymers. Suitable for a wide range of elastic hygiene film, spunbond- & meltblown nonwovens and laminates. It complies with FDA & food contact requirements under EU Regulation 10/2011, and is listed in the Chinese Positive List (food packaging).
