Marklube® 280 by Galata Chemicals is a bis(stearoyl)ethylene diamine grade. Acts as an external lubricant. It confers an excellent anti-blocking effect to the finished article which is particularly important in rigid and semi-rigid calendered films. Recommended dosage level of Marklube® 280 is 0.2–0.6 phr for rigid PVC and 0.2–0.4 phr for plasticised PVC formulations.
