HALLCOTE® ZS 50/50

HALLCOTE® ZS 50/50 by Hallstar acts as an anti-tack agent. It is a non-pigmented zinc stearate dispersion. It is blended with special surfactants that allow them to remain evenly dispersed in water when diluted to the recommended solids level. It is effective at low solids concentrations. It possesses excellent release properties and dries quickly. It is compatible with most elastomers and used in air cooled systems. It can be used in compression, transfer and injection molding. The dosage level of the grade is 3–10% dilution in agitated tanks.
