HALLGREEN® R-4028

HALLGREEN® R-4028 by Hallstar is a plasticizer and processing aid. It is a 100% plant derived renewable ester. It is compatible in many new biopolymers, such as PLA and environmentally friendly polyesters. Reduces the melt viscosity, melt / mixing temperature, energy consumption and torque, increases the melt flow as well as the ease of processing. It improves the low temperature flexibility, impact resistance, extruder processing-flow rates and through-puts. Helps sheet integrity for blown film applications. Used in packaging.
