Plasthall® 297 by Hallstar is a plasticizer designed to give PVC film and sheet extreme low-temperature flexibility. It is monomeric adipate.

It minimizes the problems frequently encountered in film and sheet processing.
It exhibits low viscosity and good stability allowing plastisols to be formulated well in advance of use.
It is used in rubber formulations to improve the low temperature flexibility in nitrile rubber with less effect on the rubber’s heat aging performance because of the lower volatility.
Plasthall® 297 is also used in coated fabrics or sheeting for rainwear, film for luggage and accessories and coated industrial fabrics exposed to refrigeration.
